And then some.
These three little words are the secret to success.
They are the difference between average sales people and top sales people in most companies.
Top sales people always do what is expected.
And then some.
They are on the B team...B here when we open, B here when we close,
And then some.
They are thoughtful of others, considerate and kind,
And then some.
They are enthusiastic, upbeat and friendly to all,
And then some.
They meet their responsibilities and they deal with everyone squarely.
And then some.
They are dependable and they can be counted on in any emergency.
And then some.
They are good friens and helpful heighbors,
And then some.
They are comfortable with people, streetwise, ambitious and goal orientated,
And then some.
I am thankful for people like this for they make this world a better place. Their spirit of sales and service is summed up in these three little words.
