Renting out credit lines is not an entirely new idea. In fact, many successful commercial investors have been using other people’s money when acquiring investments for years. When a person rents a credit line, they receive an upfront fee of up to 6% and have the opportunity to then turn over all of their credit card statements connected to the investments for monthly pay off by the Company.
